Casey Markham is a man eater after she is left scarred by a teenage crush whom she lost her virginity due to a rich teenager consoling her when her older brother was thrown in jail.  She had sneaked out to attend a party thrown by him and her parents did not want her to attend.  Arriving at his place, she overhears a conversation with his friends that he is not serious with her since she is poor and comes from less than stellar background but she is a good lay.

So Casey has sworn off relationships and going out with rich guys for casual flings.  As her friends are starting to get tied down with engagements and future marriages, she wonders what she is missing in her life.  Is it time to let go of the past and move on and be happy?

Walks in Tenn Jennings into her life when she gets a flat tire and he and his friend comes to her rescue on their motorcycles. He appears to be the bad boy biker and not her rich type but she finds him attractive on initial meeting.  Another chance meeting later on has these two spending the night.

The more they spend time together the more they want each other.  Can these two people who have their secrets be able to move on with each other and make peace with their past?
