Lucas
“Lucky” Jones at 24 was working in construction when he met 19 old Faith
Montgomery the boss only daughter and fell hard for her. But her father did not approve a tattoo clad
lad was worthy of his princess and threatened to expose his drug addicted mom and
his criminal past if he does not leave his daughter throwing a million dollar
check along the way.
Faith
was devasted when Lucas left her for the “money”. She thought they loved each other but he just
walked away from without any explanation.
Years
have past and both are filling their dreams.
Hers is to own and run a hotel and his is a musical career when their
paths once again. Her best friend has
signed his band as they are about to hit it big and Faith gets invited to see
them play which she does not that he is the lead singer of the band.
Sparks
fly when they see each other and they cannot keep their hands off each
other. Realizing they still love each
other as they come to terms with their past and her father’s influence. Planning to confront her father after all
this being estranged from them the two seek out her father. Finding other secrets along the way, the two
of them remain strong together.
This
is about a love that finds its way back together, coming full circle. Sometimes we need to be apart to become
stronger in the future and yes the more something is forbidden from us the more
we want it. A romance that has its
struggles as it goes back and forth to the past and present.
