He admits that is he is an asshole as he sleeps around and most of them last no longer than two or three weeks for the most. That most females believe they can sleep they way to the top but it will not work with him. DeVon knows what he wants and will not settle for anything else.
Krissy Jensen is a lawyer who finds herself tested by DeVon’s unique ways during her interview. They clash as she stands up to him. She initially turns down the job offer but he persuades her to give it a chance as she ends up moving to LA. There is an underlying chemistry between the two of them despite the no dating co workers or talent.
As things heat up between them they seek solace elsewhere as jealous starts to rise. What will become them when they do cave in? We anxiously wait and see what happens in the next volume.
