When Porchia Summers was fifteen she made a bad decision which lead her in a car accident that killed an old woman. She managed not to be charged as she was a passenger while the driver was drunk and end up spending time in jail He happened to be an older high school student who had the potential of having a football career. She made enemies in school when she testified against him so she end up moving to her grandmother’s place in a small Texas town.

Years has passed as Porchia find herself owning a bakery and life seems good until the guy is released from jail and finds her. He threatens to expose her past as he wants money to keep quiet.
