This is Adam Green and Angie Hartman story.

Adam and Angie have always clash. His brother Austin is serious about Angie’s best friend Fiona so they find themselves in each other’s company. He is wary about Fiona and does not want to see his brother as he is recovering from a bad relationship as Angie always seem to defend her friend.

They are thrown together when his half sister runs away from home looking for Austin but he is out of state with Fiona at her sister and husband dude ranch working there for the season. He and Angie finds themselves taking his runaway sister to work on the ranch for summer.

Adam thinks he is coming down with the flu when he arrives there and says he will see his doctor when they return. But the next day he is rushed to the hospital when he is found unconscious. Angie tells the hospital staff that she is his fiancée so he will not be alone.

The two of them become closer during his extended stay at the hospital as he fights off an infection. They find themselves unable to resist each other after he is allowed to go home. Both have issues but find themselves find solace in each other despite their stubbornness and ability to hide away.

Can they find a way to heal with each other? A nice story to see what happens to Austin’s twin brother.
